St Peter’s Woodlands provides an inclusive and nurturing early years and primary education, founded on Anglican Christian traditions, dedicated to children between two and twelve years of age.
Our inclusive enrolment policy is as follows:
- Must be 2 years of age to start in the First Steps Program.
- Must be turning 3 years of age by 30 April to start in the Emerging Learners Program.
- Must be turning 4 years of age by 30 April to start in the Preschool Program.
- Must turn 5 years of age by 30 April to start in Reception.
- All children in Early Learning and Reception start at the beginning of the year.
Places are offered according to criteria established by the School Council.
At St Peter’s Woodlands we love to welcome new families to the community. We have a simple application process and an open and transparent system for managing our waitlist. As we are a popular and constantly growing school, we recommend you follow the enrolment steps as early as possible.
Step 1. Tour Our School
Attend a Principal’s Tour, personal tour or another event to see our school in action.
Step 2. Submit an Application for Enrolment
Complete the Application for Enrolment Form and summit the form with your child’s birth certificate or Passport and $95 Application Fee.
On receipt of the Application for Enrolment Form we will add your child to the database for placement in the appropriate Primary year level and/or Early Learning program and you will receive confirmation.
Step 3. Letter of Offer
At the appropriate time, you will be emailed a formal Letter of Offer from the Principal. To secure the offer you will be asked to complete the Acceptance Reply Form and pay a $500 Parent Deposit. If a place is unavailable for your child, we will maintain them on the waitlist.
Step 4. Enrolment Interviews
Enrolment interviews are conducted so we can get to know your child and support them with their transition to the School or Early Learning Centre.
