Our aim at SPW for PE and Sport is to develop lifelong patterns of physical activity.
On a beautiful sunny afternoon 90 baseball players and officials from the Adelaide Giants and the visiting Tokyo Yokohama Japan All Stars descended on SPW to give the Year 6 & 7 students
At SPW we promote fitness and healthy living through a variety of programs and activities.
During the first semester of PE, our Reception to Year 2 students focus on fundamental movement skills.
These include running, jumping, hopping, skipping, galloping and balancing.
We have an active and flourishing Sport and PE schedule at SPW. We’re pleased to celebrate the achievements of children excelling in their fields in Term 1.
SPW conducts a Sport School of Excellence Program in the fields of soccer and netball for students who demonstrate advanced skills in their respective field.
